Among its prestigious vineyard, the Domaine de Combet offers a wealth of expertise and of tradition. Every year, sixty barrels of white wine ( from dry to sweet and rich in alcohol) and fifty barrels of red and rosé wine are harvested and converted into wine there.
Owner and grower for three generations, the Alexis family in 1993 has handed on the torch to Daniel Duperret, Martine's husband, who has used his knowledge as an agricultural engineer to put into practice his best adapted techniques to the evolution of the consumers' taste.

23 ha of vines A.O.C. Blanc
The average age of the vines is 43 years.
From an alluvial soil of clay and sand, nonchalky, with a very gently rope facing southwest, not very fertile and resistant to dryness .

80% of sémillon ( the colour, the richness in content, the full and well-roundness )
15% of sauvignon ( the aroma, the fineness )
5% of muscadelle ( the bouquet, the body )
