Among its prestigious vineyard, the Domaine de Combet offers a wealth of expertise and of tradition. Every year, sixty barrels of white wine ( from dry to sweet and rich in alcohol) and fifty barrels of red and rosé wine are harvested and converted into wine there.
Owner and grower for three generations, the Alexis family in 1993 has handed on the torch to Daniel Duperret, Martine's husband, who has used his knowledge as an agricultural engineer to put into practice his best adapted techniques to the evolution of the consumers' taste.
Vineyard
8 hectares of vines of A.O.C. rouges
The average age of the vines is 24 years
Soil of tertiary, for half of silts, the rest of terreforts limestones to south hillside flank, fertile bit and resistant to the dryness.

70 % of merlot ( the power and dryness )
30 % of cabernet ( the aroma and coldness)
